Mold treatments: at final treatment to 48-52°C

Mold cavity: 2/4 (depends on client's demands)

Mold size: 500*350mm (can be also depends on customer's machine design new mold size and frame)

Plastic material: PP (on normal choose new PP)

Mold cycle time: 15'/shot (didn't connect cool water)

Mold doff way: automatic by ejectors (choose HASCO ejectors)

Mold min lifespan: 500,000 shots (if choose better steel will be longer)

Mold leading time: 1st arrange test mold within 30 days after received down payment

Package Details

1. The plastic comb mould surface will be spayed by anti-rust paint.

2. The mould will be packed by plastic film.

3. The mould will be packed by strong wooden case.

4. The spare parts will be put into the wooden case together with mould, there are lifting bolt, water, nozzle, water hose. ejector pins, etc.
